On Thursday 21st November, we were delighted to host an evening of Italian fine dining to accompany a selection of wines from GAJA, the pre-eminent producer of Barolos, Barbarescos & Brunellos amongst others.
The wines were introduced by Francesca Cioce, GAJA Ambassador while the menu - which included some superb white truffles, freshly delivered from Montalcino - was prepared by The White Horse’s Valentino Gentile, Surrey Life Chef of the Year, and his team.
